Great stay! Positive: Excellent house, perfect for groups or large families. The ensuites in each room were such a treat! Walking distance to city centre.

We travelled as a group of 5 separate families/couples in March 2025. There were 2 children and 7 adults in our group. Neel was a fantastic host and quickly responded to our needs - including providing a high chair and portacot for us. It was perfect for families and groups. We had two vehicles and the off-street parking was appreciated. Access to the property was easy. It's location was fantastic, and walking distance to Christchurch city if you didn't have a car. As a large group, we really appreciated that there were 2 fridges and 2 cooktops. The soundproofing was fantastic and there was no worry about having an early or late shower and the sound waking those in the other rooms - we didn’t hear a thing. There was plenty of room in the living space for a largd group too. Would qe stay again if travelling to Christchurch as a group? Absolutely. To have 6 bedrooms and each with their own ensuite bathroom was absolutely wonderful.

Comfortable, catered easily for 6 people. Positive: The facilities and the location, plus the parking. Negative: House demolition at back, but this is now finished I believe.
